When will my order ship?
Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing. Average shipping times are 7–10 business days (excluding holidays). Tracking numbers are typically updated 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please email us at nnwest@kiashaircafe.com.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. If you notice an issue with your product, please email our customer service at nnwest@kiashaircafe.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us immediately at nnwest@kiashaircafe.com for assistance.
What if I entered an incorrect address?
If your shipping address is incorrect, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at nnwest@kiashaircafe.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We can update the address only within that time frame. Changes cannot be made after 24 hours.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. International orders or shipments from fulfillment centers outside the US may take longer.
Can I style or color the hair products?
Yes! Most of our hair products can be colored, straightened, curled, or bleached. For best results, always follow proper hair care practices to maintain softness and longevity.
How do I choose the right amount of extensions?
- Seamless Clip-Ins: 1 set for fine hair, 2 sets for thick or short hair, 2 sets for 24" or longer.
- Tape-In Extensions: Minimum 3 sets for a natural look, 4–5 sets for medium fullness, and 6–7 sets for a fuller look.
How do I care for my hair extensions and bundles?
- Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
- Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb.
- Avoid excessive heat to maintain hair integrity.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
